What Does the Process Involve?

You can work at any phase of the process, from career decision-making to job finding approaches.

1) Assessment. We will look in-depth at your employment history, your strengths, interests, skills - and most of all - your accomplishments. We also assess barriers such as self-defeating attitudes and behaviors, lack of support, and self-concept. The goal is to look at what has worked and what hasn't for you in the past, and to consider new possibilities.

2) Research. With the amazing amount of information on the Web and in libraries, job-finders need to know where to look for information that enables them make sound, knowledgeable decision. We help and support you setting goals and priorities and in researching careers, industries, and companies of interest using a sound, time-tested process.

3) Self-Marketing. Don't miss out when there's stiff competition. You can develop a supportive network, create an outstanding resume, sharpen interviewing skills, and negotiate for top salary and benefits to win that job of your dreams
